Chiropractors in USDr. Jay was born in Altoona, PA but moved to Lancaster County and graduated from Cocalico High School in 2000. He started his undergraduate studies in 2002 at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed his B.S. degree in natural science with a minor in Chemistry in 2006.

He then went on to achieve a Master of Science degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Jay attained his A.R.T. certification in spinal musculature and earned advanced proficiency status as an Activator Methods practitioner in 2009, allowing for an effective treatment tool for patients who are uncomfortable with the twisting and “popping” of traditional chiropractic.

He completed training through the Central Institute of Human Performance with the “Pain in Pregnancy: Diagnosis, Treatment and Clinical Management” program, allowing him to safely and effectively treat low-back pain in the pregnant population.

While in graduate school, Dr. Jay was selected and gladly accepted the opportunity to complete further training at the VA Hospital – Jefferson Barracks Division and at St. Patrick’s Medical Center in downtown St. Louis. This additional training is something very few chiropractors experience, but it gave him a great deal of practice working as a chiropractor in an integrative medicine environment. He’s furthered his continuing education with seminars in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and works to stay current in the most cutting edge topics and treatments involving physical medicine.

In his spare time, Dr. Jay enjoys spending his time hunting, fishing, trail running, disc golfing, and spending time with his wife, Megan, and their three children, Basil (5), Opal (3), and Aspen (1).
